The automation industry requires components to be compact and miniaturized, but in addition to size, connectors must also be vibration resistant and maintain good sealing to withstand harsh environments.
In order to meet these requirements, ILME has developed a new type of CQA/MQA 08 casing, whose outstanding features and functions are guaranteed over time:

• When paired with a suitable M25 EMC cable connector, it has EMC electromagnetic shielding function

They are used in conjunction with the specially designed new CQ 08E plug core (with integrated PE grounding plate) using cold crimping wiring technology to ensure the continuity of the connection between the grounded PE pin and the metal shell.
In order to quickly and accurately wiring, the internal keys on the upper shell and base avoid the possibility of incorrectly installing some plug cores without such integrated PE grounding plates.
