A special type of computer cabinet server has extremely limited space and high heat flux density, and air cooling can no longer meet its operating requirements. The fluid is diverted to the liquid cooling plates in each blade card through a water distributor to achieve its heat dissipation purpose. All water separators and liquid cooling plates are welded using vacuum brazing.
